Thank you for visiting my page. Seeking therapy is an important first step in manifesting your fullest potential. My goal is to facilitate a process of healing and resolution that supports you in finding and following your unique path.
My practice draws primarily from Person-centered therapy intertwined with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia (LPC 04011). I started my career at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, GA over 20 years ago as a Behavioral Scientist. Studying people and populations has been intellectually stimulating but I began to long for something more fulfilling that allowed me to connect with people. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University in 2011. |
